NON BENIGN TREMORS
Hi Lesam.
Can you clarify what "non benign" tremors is. I wonder if you're referring to Essential Tremors, (ET).
If so ET is benign, not "non benign". Something which is not benign is usually referred to as malignant, which suggests a cancer. I believe however that it is progressive, i.e. can get worse with time.
Certainly ET can be hereditary and can be treated with propranolol. It can also be treated with gabapentin.
Propranolol, a beta blocker can make RLS worse for some people. I'm not clear if you have RLS. You might not get much support from this RLS forum. ET is unrelated to RLS.
Sometimes it can be mistaken for RLS.
PS : incidentally, I have just read that a wearable neuromdulaqtion device (worn in the wrist) can help with ET. See Heatherlss's post.
