Could it be poor circulation I wonder?

Could be. The night it started I had rested my legs on a tall pillow. I could feel the blood flowing and didn’t know what it could be. I thought it was low blood pressure but it wasn’t. Must be poor circulation.

You would have to have a sleep study done to diagnose. Your symptoms sound like mine. I have RLS and another called Periodic Limb Movement disorder. A sleep study showed I have 120movemnts/hr even during sleep. No wonder I feel like I've run a marathon all night. The aching , heavy feeling you describe is not always experienced by others. Do u notice small twitches in your muscles? I have hundreds of them firing off non stop and I believe this is what causes the "lactic acid" type feeling.
