Thank you for your advice, I did get the dose wrong for the Mirapexin it is 0.52 mg it used to be 1.25 but had bad augmentation managed to reduce to 0.52 (did I mention bad memory as well as the other things !!) I will email Dr Buckfurer for his help. Again thank you very much.

Would you mind passing on that information from Dr. B it should be helpful to many of us.
Just to say that 0.5mg of Mirapexin is still a very large dose. Such large doses as you identify are usually prescribed for Parkinsons disease, NOT RLS.
You should get a response from Dr B within 48 hours. He will certainly help with your RLS.
Agree that this dose is still too much.
