B12

I keep a basic symptom/lifestyle/medication diary logging exercise, alcohol, supplements etc and whether I need to take anything extra to my 200mg gabapentin (sometimes I take a caffeine tablet as it settles my legs, sometimes that’s not enough and I take a cocodamol)

I have noticed that I’m generally better when I exercise (and when I’m at our seaside cottage!) The last week has been great, one caffeine tablet taken and a couple of really solid sleeps....coinciding with taking a daily B12 tablet (alongside my normal gentle iron every other day!

Although I have never associated stress as a trigger for my RLS i have noticed it almost goes away completely when at our coastal caravan. Makes me wonder-but ofcourse I have to think about what else alters when awsy from home. Diet remains the same but i get more rest
