I found something but it's is too complex for me to understand. I looked up Ecopipam and restless leg syndrome and a clinical trial outcome came up. Hope this is what you are looking for.

Thanks Kelirock. I have the original trial, I just wondered if any results had been published but the latest info shows that this hasn’t happened yet.

It looks like they started recruiting participants in July 2018 so the study is either not complete or in the process of computing results and writing their conclusion, etc.

I suppose the study could have been canceled or stopped early.

Only 10 participants is a small group but hopefully the study finished and results will be forthcoming.
