LDN dose

Apparently, LDN is available OTC in Mexico and I'd like to give it a try. (my internist has limited RLS knowledge and there are no neurologists here). I have no health issues or meds that are contraindicated by LDN. So what dose are we talking?

My understanding is that it is very personal - different doses work for different people. I titrated from 1.5mg slowly up to 4.5mg to see what, if any, dose worked. Although my symptoms did improve during the time I was taking ldn I am not convinced it was due to the ldn. I have reduced ldn again recently and the symptoms have not disimproved correspondingly. There are others for whom ldn did seem to make an appreciable improvement.

I have been taking LDN for about a year with great results . I started at 1.5 then 3.0 then went to 4.5 which is getting the best results . That along with magnesium supplements and I am good about 4 to 5 nights a week . the other nights I may need a Advil or Tylenol to get through the night .

That's great news! Do you take it in the morning or before bed?

Also were you on any other medication before?

Hey Ureshi17 , I take it before bed and I sometimes use weed and which works great but makes me bit goofy , but no other Pharmaceuticals . I try to go as natural as I can, no heavy opiate drugs so far .
