Yes I have used Pramipexole for at least 15 plus years and have very good results I take a tablet around 3:00 pm and then the last one about 1 hour before bedtime. I have noticed that when I have coffee or hot chocolate and any sweets (candy, cake with icing etc.) it can play havoc with my RLS and then sometime I have to take a 3rd pramipexole. Try and spend an hour of relaxation before bedtime. Don’t give up, keep trying to have a positive outlook.

That about sums it up. The importance of triggers is really shown up.
I'm wondering about the payoff with taking an extra pill, to escape the consequence of the triggers, and the possible build up of augmentation exposure.
I'll be very interested in your progress. Keep in touch, and all the very best.
