Never heard of it but my first thought was - high dose. If you have big doses the drug would cause fine muscle movements to be slowed and that would include those of the eye.
What dose are you taking and are you taking any other drugs? Also as a matter of interest how did you come about your preferred/needed dose?

I have never heard of Kratom before, but have been effected and seeing double with Requip. This has been occuring for about a year and a half. Sometimes it will last twenty minutes and others a hour and a half.
