I have been taking this med for 18 years. Last year I moved out to Pakistan. This med isn't available, I have run out, and I am miserable without it. Would anyone please tell where I could order this on line have it shipped 1 mg tabs shipped to me

Hop over the border- India is a great place for generic medicines.

Now might be a good opportunity to get off the Prami- as augmentation is almost inevitable after 18 years.

Good hunting.

Are you located in India? I have tried Indian online pharmacies but most of them refuse to ship to Pakistan. If somebody could buy these for me and ship to me I would gladly pay the cost involved.

I'm in Ireland, but it's prescription only here.

I'm of same opinion as Pippin's.

Oh no! Have you searched for it under its other names of Mirapex /Mirapex or Sifrol ?. If it's not available maybe one of the other similar types of meds such as Requip ( Ropinerole ) or Ritigotine patch (Neupro ) as I doubt you would be able to buy Pramipexole as it is prescription only as far as I know but maybe different rules in different countries, just to add 1mg is waaay over the recommended daily dose

Requip is available first of all I don't find it quite as effective as Pramipexole. The dosage of requip required is even higher and cost is astronomical. None of the other names are available except I didn't check Sifrol. Thank you for your help.

Mirapex/pramipexole is an insidious medication. I am weaning off of it. I’m trying to coordinate docs to prescribe low grade opioids for as needed relief of symptoms. If you can I would stay off pramipexole at all costs. I know I have to find out who I am off that drug

Brother you must have good reasons for your opinion. In my long term use at least half a dozen doctor's reviewed the prescriptions and none expressed such an opinion. In all these years I noticed no ill effects from its use. So I would continue it's use.

So you’re doing ok on pramipexole? I’m happy for you and hope it doesn’t augment. There are just too many side effects for me. If you read my postings I think the first one tells my story.

Reco try gabapentin . Very effective & Only side effect ....a bit sleepy . /// also note low iron is the prime suspect .. and low vitamin d . Studies show rls sufferers benefit from extra high healthy iron range.
