I tied a thick elasticated wrist cuff round my foot tightly and it really helped me. Im trying to cut down on mirapexin using cbd oil at the moment and although its hard it is a bit better. The cuff helped

A lot of people find compression helps with rls.

What's happening with the cbd oil? What source are you using? I'd be interested in hearing!

Cheers.

Im using enecta 300mg. Its only my 2nd night on 1/2 s tablet so early days. My rls strikes as soon as I sit or lie and Ive just sat down and at the moment all's well. Lets see. I mustnt complain there are so many people much much worse

Glad it’s helping. Just make sure it doesn’t cut off the circulation.

Memmy, did you purchase the cuff or make it? There are very expensive compression devices for the feet, Restiffic, which I would like to try but which are beyond my means. Has anyone tried them? Good luck with the pramipexole withdrawal, take it slowly.

Yes I tried Restiffic - they seemed to help for a few days but unfortunately it didn't last. They are also very difficult to walk in so no good if you're not in bed. I sent mine back and got a total refund so it's worth a try. Good luck.

Thank you Lenilatt. I think I shall attempt inventing my own contraption

before paying all that money.

I just had a wide wrist cuff and I used that. It closes with velcro and is elasticated. It helps

Yes I put it round the arch as tight as I can. In fact Ive just done it as my right leg is bad and already it feels a bit better

Thank you. I'll try it. But I don't think I could wear it outside in my shoes, just at night. I'm even thinking about a very wide elastic band with Velcro - I can make myself. will look at the sewing shop.
