RLS and Head movements

I get mild restless legs, usually in the evening when I am tired. It generally stops if I get up and move around or if I lie down and go to sleep. More recently my head has started to jerk to the right (never the left). It also happens when I am tired and is gradually becoming worse. Does anyone else have this? I am 50, medically fit and well and don't take any medication for anything. I don't have a good sleep routine and think it might have something to do with this. I don't think its a hypnic jerk as its not when I am falling asleep, mainly when I'm tired.

I have this. It is PLMD, I have it all over and includes full body and head jerking. Nothing stops it and you are right it happens when you are tired or just dropping off. It can also happen at other times, mine happens whenever it wants. It comes alongside RLS.
