I have had rls free nights about 10 days now.But it still bothers me a lot during the day if i lie down.I have just added tramadol at daytime and i am waiting to see the results.

It’s such a pity when you have good coverage at night. Maybe you should try redistributing your drugs so you take some during the day. Hopefully the extra tramadol will help.
If you want to lie down you have to plan for it. Sorry, but that's the way it is. When you're horizontal the RLS will kick in. If this is part of the augmentation process, from dopamine agonists, it is time to get off them and onto something else. I am about to do that. Talk to a neurologist.
