Raise the end of the bed!

Apart from the Sour Cherry I already mentioned I forgot to say put the end of the bed on blocks so its raised. I also get lots of blood tests to ensure I'm not short on anything relevant like magnesium. Every little bit helps. These 2 things have eased my flailing legs plus my erhem night screaming. What a bugger all these inflictions are. Best of luck to you all. If all else fails pray and try to relax. I think being edgy certainly does not help.

Glad you've found some useless info. Its something only another sufferer could understand. Can be so frustrating. There is not one blanket fix. That's what makes it so hard. Good Luck. :-)

Thats really elevated. Good on you. :-)

Yes. i also use leg elevation - in bed - I turn around and use the wall at the top of the bed. It involves some gymnastics with the bed clothes and pillows. Like the other posters I have to have my legs quite high up so bottom as close to the wall as possible. I also do a series of stretches when the legs strike, one of which is a shoulder stand with legs straight up in the air which I hold for as long as possible. It seems to help.
