Hi. I just bought a tiny bottle of CBD but am unsure if I can take my normal dose of Dihydrocodeine afterwards if the drops don't work? There is very little information on the packet. Not that I can afford to take it much because it's so very expensive. Anybody know more?

Hello, i am on CBD oil and have now managed to come off pramipexole because of it. Legs are at peace every evening 😁
You have to get a high concentrate oil - i use 8% and take 6 drops morning and 6 drops tea time. Yes it is expensive but the relief from RLS is priceless.
Just read an article on this. It suggested starting w 2 drops under tongue an hour before bedtime, swallowing them after 30 seconds, increasing up to 6 over a week if need be. It also said Indica strain is better for sleep than sativa.
Thank you for the info. I have Sativa - directions suggest '20 drops, giving a dose of 1000mg of Cannabis Sativa L, of which 25mg is pure CBD', up to four times daily as required. Well, at that rate my £23 bottle will last two and a half days! Not that I need to take anything for RLS during the day. So it seems I have the wrong thing? I bought it in a local sort of health food shop. Perhaps I need to buy on-line instead.
I've been successfully taking Dihydrocodeine for around 15 years and although it still works for me, it isn't working as well as it used to. I thought that if I could find an alternative for a month or so, perhaps I could return to the Dihydrocodeine and it may hopefully work as well as it did.
