What are the most effective cannabinoids or groups of cannabinoids that

Are effective in treating an advanced cases of RLS?

I would prefer in sublingual form or pills.

The only cannabinoid that can be legally purchased in the UK, as far as I know, is cannabidiol (CBD). I buy "cannabis oil" from Holland & Barrett in a 10ml dropper bottle which contains 2,75% CBD. It is applied as 2 drops under the tongue. It has been a godsend to me because it has freed me from RLS during the day and allowed me to halve my dose of Pramipexole at night. It is expensive at £19.99, which lasts me almost 1 month, but for me worth every penny.

I believe there are other suppliers available.

I have been looking at cbd oil but have been taken back by the prices. This sounds a better deal but it sounds quite weak. Does it actually last for hours?

Yes, I find 2 drops in the morning will see me through to about 6pm when I will repeat the dose. I have only been on CBD for about a month so I am still experimenting with how much I really need.
