Is the Ibuprofen gel for external use also a no no for RLS, i put some on a very painful heel, and have been experiencing more attacks than normal;

Very interesting observation.

I suspect that the gel is relieving the heel pain which was distracting you from the rls.

Ibuprofen, in itself , has no effect on rls - as far as I'm aware.

So!--- which is better? Heel pain or rls??😈

thanks Madlegs1, i get your point, a sore heel is my choice, although preferably neither, though the heel pain (achilles heel) is impairing my walking, i will try the gel again today and observe

Ibuprofen is a glutamate (excitability neurotransmitter) blocker - so if you're "wired but tired" it's probably too much Glutamate. I just found this justafewhealthnotes.com/?ta...
