SIFROL v CBD (Strongest)?

Evening all. I have been wondering which of the above meds would have control over the other, which was the most dominant. Until now.

I took meds last night 8:30pm + CBD, and made a last-minute dumb decision. Probably should hang the washing out before I go to bed. Noticing weeds in the backyard I bent down and didn't get up until 7 this morning. And that, my friends, is called 'obsessiveness'.

My hands were filthy, nails broken, back aching, knees throbbing, eyes stinging, and face sore from too much yawning. That's how I've been feeling all day, 'cept my hands are now clean. You all know how it feels. Preaching to the converted now! Plus I have a totally weedless garden. Yay whoopee.

9:00am knock on the door, cleaner has arrived, so I decided to stay up all day to ensure sleep tonight.

Now 8:30pm so am about to take meds - CBD, as don't think I'll have any trouble sleeping tonight. The phone's going to the garage, the TV's been turned off, ½ hr reading, lights out.

New rule .... DO NOT LEAVE BED AFTER TAKING MEDS. What really pisses me off is that I already knew that.
