I have RLS and do a stretch exercise which involves put your hands on a wall then put one foot back keep flat on the ground . Try to move your leg back as far as it will go you can feel the muscle stretch .Do this with the other leg too . No pain no gain.
For cramps and RLS site upright legs flat and pull your big toe keeping your legs flat .
