Getting really bad pain in my legs

Hello everyone

Lately I have been having really bad pains in my legs at bit like growing pains 😳 If that makes sense .

Can this be down to my restless legs ?

Hi Bettyboop45. It is really hard to say what could be causing your pain. Is it more 'pain' or more 'odd and uncomfortable sensations?' Can you tell us more?

Hi , yes it's pain in my legs and I have to take pain killers it's not everyday but I have noticed it's happening more lately

I have the same symptoms in my legs and hips - not sure if it's the RLS or something else as they discovered a Tarsov Cyst in my MRI last year which causes lots of pain in the back, hips and legs. I have been taking pain killers for back pain for years and in my case the RLS displays as violent night spasms causing torn muscles and trapped nerves so more than one issue going on. The only thing that helps me with the pain are heat pads which I use on my back, hips and legs throughout the day. Some folk find ice packs help them so it's worth trying each to see what helps you. I have just purchased a full length heat/massage mat to see if that helps. I was prescribed Phorpain (Ibuprofen) for arthritis in my hands and knees which I have tried on my legs but it didn't work and mum swears by Volterol but I discovered that I should avoid these as I also have Chronic Kidney Disease, so I have ordered some CBD (cannaboid) cream and will try other herbal massage creams to see if that helps ease the pain.
