New ... Weird Question?

Hi,

I'm new to the forum. I've had RLS since my teens - now 43 and just had a sleep study as I also have Period Limb Movements.

Not sure if this is connected to RLS or not but does anyone else "balance" on their toes when sitting? Foot flexed with toes on the floor? I never seem to rest with my feet flat if that makes sense and always seem to like my toes resting against something (I even do this when asleep).

I'd be interested to hear if anyone else has experienced this or has suggestions about limiting it as I worry I'll end up with problems in later years.

Thanks in advance.

No - I don't do that. Doubt it is related to rls. You could try a Feldenkrais practitioner. I find it often preferable to say physiotherapy.
