Watched the channel 5 show last night and didn't find it helpful. No reasons for why it happens, no solutions. I have had RL for years and what helps me is a bowl of cereal with loops and soya milk when I wake up early hours. straight back to bed on my tummy rubbing my feet gently together till I drift off. It must be something in the soya. Also my last coffee of the day is 1pm and no alcohol at night. stress is a problem and makes it worse so have stressed my life. Hope this may help others.
