How many tablets maximum a night can u take of pramipexole I'm unsure don't wanna over dose

The dosage for Pramipexole has changed. The RLS experts no recommend to take no more than 2 pills of the lowest dose. This is because of augmentation which is a big problem for those who take a dopamine med.

If you read this article you will see why its not wise to increase any dopamine med. If the two tablets are not working then unfortunately it means changing to a different class of med. sleepreviewmag.com/2015/02/...

It should tell you on box how many your allowed to take ?

I take 3x 0.188 spread out through the day the last one being approx. one and half hrs before going to bed. hope this helps
