Hi, I am currently on escitalapram and have read that it can worsen RLS - all the SSRIs do. Does anyone have experience with alternate anti-d that do NOT worsen symptoms?

If you look at the treatment page on this website it lists all the anti-depressants and names two that are RLS friendly altho if you are in the UK then Wellbutrin is not available to be used. rlshelp.org

I have been taking Citalopram for 3 years now, on lowest dose and weaning off slowly, I wonder if this might affect my RLS?

I have RLS and I do take an antidepressant - Pristiq. I had RLS long before I started Pistiq and the only fix has been ropinerol. I've taken it at bedtime for a couple years now and it's a Godsend.
