Hi Pod,

If you use the Search button at the top of the page and type in Tens Machine you will see a couple of past threads on this subject. There is one thread dated three years ago and unfortunately the six replies were not positive.

I see martino is asking about the Tens machine too. I hope you both get replies from those who have tried them.

Thanks Kaarina. I never think of searching what has gone on before when I ask my questions. I will remember to do this!

I used mine for the first time last night and it stopped the pain in my thigh muscle which had been particularly bad.

I found the same martino! I also tried on my calf and this morning it feels like I have been kicked!

I have found it useful for easing pain but not for RLS, in fact it annoyed my legs! X

I have a tens for other muscular pain and, like martino, I find it helps with rls thigh pain. Some things work for some and not for others!

Last night I didn't have pain just that awful indescribable sensation that comes over RLS sufferers. I tried the Tens but no good and I sensed it was making the RLS sensations worse. So I will use it for pain only. Peculiarly I get RLS pain in my left heel. It doesn't hurt to touch or walk on just nags away. I am going to rig up the Tens pads to see if it can deal with that. Fingers crossed!
