Yes you can take iron tablets with Ropinerole

Well that is wrong, I hate to say. There would be NO reason why you could not take iron with Ropinerole. It is basically the SAME med as Pramipexole. The only difference between those 2 meds is that the Prami is stronger, so the doses are lower for that med. They are both dopamine agonists, used for Parkinson's and for RLS at MUCH lower doses for the latter one. So, whoever told you that really has no idea. And, of course, never take iron unless you get the blood tests. if you do not need the iron, then you should not take it, since iron overload can literally be deadly.

To add to this, I cannot think of one RLS med that you could not take iron with if you NEED it.
