I'm currently taking pramepexole for RLS and found that the tramadol that I take for arthritis also helps. I also wear support stockings. Any other suggestions?

Usually around 8 or 9

It takes a while to kick in (for me) so that's why I take it a few hours before going to bed .

Hi joannehawley. I am taking a 62.5 mcg that is a 1/4 250mcg tablet at about 6.00p but find now that I wake up around 2.00a and cannot go back to sleep until around 5.00a and only for an hour. Tonight I am going to try to back this up with a 1/4 tablet (or less if possible) of Stilnox (Solpidem) when I wake up at 2.00a and see if it helps. Since I have been on Sifrol (Pramepexole) my body has been still and will keep it at this very low dose as long as I can because I really fear augmentation. I also take Lyrica for pain.

joannehawley, I forgot to say that the pain in my legs and hips wake me I think.
