I have it along with the RLS. To be honest mine occurs always after I sleep so although it really p1sses off my good lady wife, it rarely bothers me :)

However the RLS has me in agony and leaves me unable to settle, it is a real nightmare and I've lost count of the nights spent rolling in agony!

Can you tell us a bit more about how you experience it? Does it come on in the evening and is it relieved by movement? Could it be RLS instead of PLMD?

Yes I have PLMD alongside restless legs. For 30 years I only had PLMD whilst asleep but for no obvious reason earlier this year I started getting it whilst awake.Do you find Pregablin helpful and what dose do you take?
