Just curious.
I heard some people's RLS can go into remission, has anybody had any experiences of days were they had no RLS at all or it was extremely calm?
Particularly people who have it bad, day and night.

Nope not me...!!
In my twenties and thirties I only had rls occasionally so would have days without symptoms. As is the usual pattern they got worse and by the time I was in my mid forties I was having them every day no remission ,
Bothers me nights mostly but recently the attacks are in the day too when try to nap, have it in Elbow area too sometimes too driving me crazy.
I have had some time lately without symptoms after yrs of suffering and am not sure why. I was informed by Dr B from Calafornia that i was having severe augmentation to Pramipexole and advised to come right off it. Started reducing from 3 x 180 micro grams three times a day and have come right down to 3 x 2 a day. During that time i suffered only one very mild hiccup. Not till i got down to the latest 3 x 2 a day did i start to feel the RLS kicking in again. Normally i would have a bad time when it was about to or when it did rain. Got through all that no problem but now its starting to kick in again. I have suffered from this since i was a child, firstly at night which then changed to daytime with arms going as well, with no remission so was extremely surprised when this happened. I have absolutely no answer for this at all lol. I am on so many other tablets for various health problems that i cant narrow it down to any of them and cannot narrow down any food to explain it.
