I am 44 and have had RLS for a year now.Doctor thanks it's side effects from meds I take for Bipolar.Can I take Horizant later than 5:30?

I have a friend who got rid of her RLS when she got diagnosis and medicin for Bipolar, sorry I cannot remember the namne of that drug.
