Need Help with Next Gen ADT
MM, for those that don't know has my white blood cells overtaking my marrow, then eventually bone tissue, and the treatment involve wiping out the cells using
Revlimid
and Brotezomib. Also, Dexamethazone is used as part of the 4 month long induction therapy, with the goal to put my in remission.

What to do now? Please help!
She has received R-Chop (6 courses) with no benefit (refractory) and is now on Monjuvi +
Revlimid
(6 months, 2 pet scans (March and June). There has been modest improvement in that a number of smaller nodes have gone but 1 large node in her abdomen has increased in size and "heat".

Large B-Cell Lymphoma
She is now 4 cycles into her 2nd line of treatment,
Revlimid
25mg pill (21 of 28 days) and Monjuvi infusions (now every 2 weeks). She is looking forward to a petscan in mid June to see if this course is effectively working.

A continuation of my previous post. "R-Chop failed with lymphoma, what's next treatment?" Starting Monjuvi + Revlimid this week.
Can anyone please share your experience with Monjuvi +
Revlimid
so that we can have an idea as to what to expect? Thanks in advance.

Prolia question
First, I have Myelodysplastic Syndrome and take
Revlimid
to treat it. Second, I developed Osteoporosis 5 years ago, as a result of the medication. My doctor put me on Boniva first and I hurt so badly, he stopped it after the first dose. He then put me on Prolia and I did well on it.

Revlimid (lenalidomide) for MPN anemia?
Has anyone taken
Revlimid
(lenalidomide) for anemia due to MPN? My oncologist has recommended this. The cost is approximately $15,000 to $17.000 USD per month (copay after insurance) in the US.

My wife is on
Revlimid
. When she asked her oncologist how long she would have to be on it, he said "Until it stops working." Sounds familiar. Maybe by the time that one is treatment-resistant there will be a drug to target treatment-emergent cell types?

Still in Remission
Stopped all Dex,
Revlimid
and other treatments in 2016. Remission still holding, but residual myeloma still present in my blood. I see my oncologist at Johns Hopkins every 6 months for blood work, check ups, and a yearly bone marrow biopsy.

CAR T-Cell Developments in Lymphoma Dr. Ian Flinn Highlights
In follicular lymphoma, one of the key updates is the RELEVANCE study that compared rituximab (Rituxan) and chemotherapy with rituximab and lenalidomide (
Revlimid
; R2). This study was a large, international trial.

Non-PCa Prescription Drugs: Thalidomide / Lenalidomide (Revlimid)
Leibowitz used "thalidomide 50 mg one night, alternating with
Revlimid
5 mg the next". 5mg is a low dose (available doses range from 2.5mg to 25mg). First, the negative news.

Remind me again, what is thalidomide and how did it cause so much harm? How did it change the clinical trial process?
