I think someone sent a blog about teeth falling out and breaking???? Me too. My diseases I now feel have been the root to all my troubles. So I have found this to be easier to take them on so to speak. If this makes any sense? I had mouth trouble, restless leg syndrome, burning tongue syndrome, teeth falling out and breaking, dry eyes and skin trouble, hand PAIN and ulcers and such cracks I get almost crippled, woman problems, disc trouble, bad legs, trips to th e.r. almost died in August 2011 heart related and blah blah blah. Believe it or not I am SMILING right now typing this. I have a mess of troubles listed and not. But I had a lightbulb moment here. It all comes from one source this damn autoimmune I have been so blessed with. HAHAHAHA. So I, like everyone else out there, let's make this a new movement and embrace our stuff and start to work at our cores with this. Let's try to re-create ourselves as people not heard and let's get heard, get help for our foundations and treat our core, our souls with love, tenderness, and care. Let's treat our symptoms with love and kindness. Let's help find cures not SYMPTOM cures. To all of us Happy Holidays and please DO NOT STRESS. A big "symptom" to all of us. Let's give that up as a resolution for the new year or as a gift to someone else haha.

I know just what you mean! I don't have as many issues as you, but I blame my autoimmune diseases for most of my health problems. I say that to my doctors when I visit and have something new. They smile. They understand!

I'm working now on getting as strong as I can, doing as much as I can, and having fun!

Happy Holidays to you all and Merry Christmas to me!

Way to go. Love the attitude. I too have been troubled with many mishaps due to having an autoimmune disease. I had foot surgery 6 months ago that finally ended up in having my right big toe amputated. Exercise is what helps me the most, so it has been challenging. Its has been three weeks since my last procedure. Having to stay of feet as much as possible. My friends at my church and health club, have been so supportive. Many prayers and calls. It has been very humbling to learn to be a great-full receiver. I am very comfortable with giving. I also, have a wonderful husband and family, when I have my down days, I remember this. I am very blessed. I do wish all of you Merry Christmas and well wishes for a pain free, stress less new year. Keep up the great attitudes, it beats the alternative. No one wants to be around a crabby person.

One important thing to always remember when stressed out is this: You dont have control over everything, if you can not control it, dont sweat it. The things you do have control over, do what you can to change it and relax from there. We all want to control things, especially things that stress us out. If we keep trying to force things to change when we really cant control it, we will only make it more stressfull. I sure hope that tip helps. Happy Holidays.

We all have issues, but different ones to each. We can always call on our inner strength and be assured strength will come. God bless you and go inside to your core fro guidance and strength.
