Have mixed feelings about this on the one hand it produces irrefutable evidence of a biological abnormality but on the hand risks irreparable harm for trial participants.

Has similarities with Mathew Hopkins witch finding method of throwing victims into the village pond, sink to the bottom guilty and floating to surface was innocence proven for the dead victim of accusations.

With numbers as small as 10 CFS and 7 MS this barely qualifies as a pilot study that could give some evidence when the methods are applied in a larger research cohort.

Disease severity not mentioned but little difference between MS and healthy controls on the second day rings an alarm bell for entry criteria in my mind.
