Chia seeds are the richest plant-based source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a type of omega-3 fatty acid. Omega-3 fatty acids are known for their strong anti-inflammatory properties, and a number of studies have found that an increased intake of omega-3 fats can reduce joint pain and inflammation, as well as joint stiffness in people with rheumatoid arthritis.

I have been taking chia seeds since 2015 and I believe it keeps me healthy and helps me to go into remission too. Do Google the good and bad of its if you intend to try it. Also do check on how to eat it to avoid any side effects.

Yep, I often add them to stews. Linseed aka Flax seed is another great addition to diet.

I believe chia seeds keep me healthy hence help me to go into remission. I take chia seeds, black sesame seeds powder, oatmeal and honey every morning for breakfast for more than 2 years. Both chia seeds and sesame seeds are anti inflammation food and will reduce our CRP accordingly.

Try to Google the good and bad first, then you decide if it is good for you. However, do not over use it to be safe.

Copper Provides Relief for Rheumatoid Arthritis

Copper is known for its use in reducing some of the pain and swelling of rheumatoid arthritis. Copper's effectiveness is due to the fact that this trace mineral is important in a number of antiinflammatory and antioxidant enzyme systems. In addition, copper plays an important role in the activity of lysyl oxidase, an enzyme needed for the cross-linking of collagen and elastin—the ground substances that provide structure, strength and elasticity in blood vessels, bones and joints.
