Good morning all of you rocking RA Warriors! I am so grateful to have found this site and know that I am not alone on my journey of healing and getting back to amazing health!!! If anyone has any questions regarding a natural approach to living with RA that WORKS please send me a message. I am living proof among many others that if you commit to yourself and your health you can feel better. My RA levels have dropped to lower than they ever have before and I am walking everyday and riding my bike (hopefully be running again soon) but know with RA sometimes it's one day at a time. I'm up with my kids and my mood is so much better now that I don't feel defeated everyday. Please if you have been looking for something safe to take (even alongside western medicines) give me a shout! I am here to help
