It seems that the symptoms and progression are different for each person.  I'm 44 and I have joint pain and fatigue.  I've had the fatigue for as long as I can remember.  I also have brain fog periodically.  Hopefully, your symptoms don't develop further.  Adding you to my prayer list.  :-)

How long have you had RA? The progression like the rest of the disease is totally individualized to the person that has it. It could not progress, it could slowly, or be aggressive. It could go into remission ( no progression) or become very aggressive. If you are having inflammation you should see your rheumatologist and see if there is medicine you can take to stop the disease. I have moderate to severe RA and take a lot of meds to slow/stop the progression of the disease. I hope this helps with your question if not just ask again.
