All the best for the New Year all you lovely people, do enjoy reading all your comments.

Well its been 3 months since I gave up and was one of the best things I have ever done, but wish I had't put on so much weight, have really got to try and loose some now so that I can feel better and enjoy being fit, but Its been so hard over Xmas with all the choc;s and fattening food.

I also stayed at home last night and tried to stay awake but in the end gave up and went to bed only to be woken with the fireworks going off

well wishing you all a continue luck with the no smoking and a happy 2013 xx

i know what you mean about the weight, there's a few of us that need to loss some, me included, i'm gonna wait till i've knocked smoking on the head, i've been stopped about 13 weeks
