We are all here for you Cilia, you said your quit date is Tuesday the 8th, do you think this is a bit soon!!!! only you know that, whatever your quit date is you know that ''ALL'' of us will be with you and there to help if you need it.

Thank you so much for your words.. they meant a lot to me! I wasn't feeling that great a week ago and as you may know now.. I didn't do it! couldn't stop on the 8th May. The intention was there, but it needs so much more than that! so for now, I'm not bothering myself too much about quitting but have reduced and I'm still very conscious of the fact that I smoke but without kicking myself too hard! Giving myself a quit date feels a bit too much to bare..
