Hello friends and all our new members, welcome to our weekend chat. I’ve just got back from holiday and have to say it was so hot, I know you wouldn’t like it jillygirl . I see our monky has been doing overtime while I was away and poor Jilly hasn’t been too well. It’s lovely to see Cloe on the team again. Welcome back hun and welcome to all our new members who’ve joined us.

Some of you have already started your quit journeys and some of you are preparing for it. I really have to say it’s the most incredible achievement to quit smoking. You will be so proud of yourselves for doing this. It may not be plain sailing but neither is life and we have to keep going through the tough bits. Remember to treat yourself to something nice along the way. Hold your head up high and say I don’t smoke anymore. It’s a great feeling.

I saw many more smokers on holiday than at home. Which reminds me of a funny incident. I was sitting on a bench enjoying the sea view and the smell of the ocean when a smoker came and sat down beside me. The sun was shining and it was gorgeous but I immediately got up and walked away as I didn’t want the smell of smoke ruining it. It seems so funny as it wasn’t that many years ago when I would have been the smoker and someone else would have moved away. I was laughing to myself now the shoe was on the other foot😂 It was a great feeling. You will have many great feelings on your quit journey and we’re here to share the good, the bad and the ugly. So what are you waiting for🤷‍♀️

Good morning dear Jilly 👑 🐝 🥰 First things first…….how are you feeling???

I had a lovely holiday thanks and have a picture of the garden where I stayed with bananas growing in especially for monky😆

I do hope you’re resting and taking it easy 👩‍⚕️ now that’s an order😉

As to my next holiday, well it’ll be Australia in May as my niece is getting married. My daughter is maid of honour and her daughter is bridesmaid. She lives in Brisbane so I better start saving🤔

Good morning to my favourite monky🥰 I suggest you put your glasses on and see above picture of bananas coz that’s your pressie. I know you like a nice garden and bananas so it ticks all the boxes😆 I would have picked one for ya but there was a notice in the garden NOT to pick the fruit. They had avocados, figs etc, I’d love a garden at home like and I bet you would too😂🍌🍌xx
