Hey everyone it’s 11:19 and I’m feeling good by now I would of smoked around 5 cigarettes my dad is smoking around me but as I’m still new to quitting it’s not too much of an issue for me

Thank you corrina, it’s now 1:47 and I’ve still managed to not smoke despite all of the temptations
