Getting close to Christmas 😁

I am so thankful I found this group.. I just knew the holidays would mess with me but so far my craving isn't like I thought it would be.. went to doctor yesterday and she said she's so glad I stop smoking.. but my lung doctor is the one I really wanna see and that is next month.. trying to get ready for Christmas who has time to smoke..lol and I see where alot is doing good..we can do this.. hug's ❣️😊 😎😊 ..

I hope you do some of the breathing exercises sometimes, they will help a little because when we smoke we somehow forget how to breath properly.🤣

I sure do tubby.. and I have one of them things you have to breath in and try to get higher each day.. also I really do that breath in and out.. that helps a lot.. but being in this group helps the most.. hug's 😊😎😊 XXX ❣️
