Hi all is acid reflux commonn When you quit I am walking up with acid reflux, which I never had before??

Wow Hannon! 4 smoke free weeks already. Well done for that.

Yes acid reflux is quite common during quitting. If you type it into the search box you will be able to read other members experiences.

When we smoke some ailments get masked/hidden. When we quit we sometimes find ourselves dealing with. "New" health problems.

If, however, it gets worse or you are worried I suggest you speak to your doctor.

Keep on doing what you're doing! You've got this.xx
