Changing profile photo

I find when editing/changing my profile photo, the image wont centralise in the frame(see my profile photo) I use an ipad, and dont appear to have any way to adjust the image ?? ......

Hi Don, I think its HU again, I changed mine on my lap top and it wouldnt centralise.

I can let them know , but whether we get a reply is a different matter. xx

Hi Jilly.... I sent email to HU about photo not centralising, it said words to the affect that centralising wasn’t available on ipads or tablets..... which is crap, as I’ve done it before..... I wait in anticipation for an answer!😀Xx

Yeah and I cant do it on my lap top. Hu are not on top of things at the moment. Grrr!

Hi Don, I've just changed mine,too. Grrrrr. I couldn't change it with the old phone. With the new one,it's not centred. Ahhh! Modern technology. I can't wait to see when I have the new iPad what will happen. XXX

Hi Don perhaps try and make the original image smaller in photo editor and then try again that might work👍X

Sorry Don can you copy an image from a quit support post to your iPad? If so I can copy your profile image, shrink it then post the image, you copy it and add it as your profile pic. If that makes no sense whatsoever just ignore me 😂x

Not at all ciggy. My cyber knowledge is not brilliant. It's still a miracle if I download the pic I want, save it find it and upload it where I want it. XXX

I'm determined to learn. But I found myself on that Friday morning desperately trying to load a photo,which I had downloaded,but couldn't find. I've now got the instructions written down.! XXX
