HELP A FRIEND TO Quit

Dear All

JillyGirl has started a very novel idea of Help a Friend, In October Month we are requesting our community members to ask their Friends to join us so that they can also try to quit. We request all of you to share /copy and paste following message with your loved one who still smoke .. it can be shared directly with them, on social group and /or Facebook ....

" Dear All /....,

As you might be aware, I have quit smoking and have not smoke since last ......months/week. This is the best decision i have taken ever. I have quit earlier as well but this time its different , i am more committed , focused and aware of pro and cons of Quitting.

I have joined a community quit support on Healthunlocked , it has lots of active members who encourages and support each other to keep going on .

I would personally like you to check it once. As a Friend, I care for you and would like you to try Quitting.

That finger is not at you but they are showing to themselves... lol 😆.. they are jealous that they can’t quit and their ego is not allowing to accept that hence that finger 👍👍

It’s a nature of people to laugh if someone tries to do good or ask them to do good . Jesus Christ was also ridiculed initially..

basically people resist change and more strongly to change their bad habits 👍👍

So let them laugh you and we move ahead in our quit journey 👍👍

Well without exception they have all said they don't care about dying. This is when I tell them that's all very well but it can take many years to die in extreme pain and on oxygen! I also tell them they won't know whether or not they can get away with it until it's too late! Still I hope they all live to 100 with no problems. x
