Hey everyone. Just thought I would write an update about my quit. It's been 29 days, 15 hours and 29 minutes. A long hell of a quit! Still having anxiety but not as near as the ones I was having. I truly didn't think I would be able to stick with it.. But I did. I'm very thankful for everyone on here who gave me encouragement and support. Also, I would like to thank Joel Spitzer for talking to me. Thank You all again!
