Yesterday officially made 2 weeks smoke free. The cravings and thoughts aren't as strong but i do struggle when i am out with friends who are smoking. The sneaky "you can just have one" thoughts start creeping into my head which i need to beat back and I do feel proud when i make it through the night. I hope you are all going strong!

Hi Wams well done on 2 weeks smoke free, that is great.

Do you mean you find it hard when you are out with friends who smoke when you go down the pub or just when you go out with friends in general? Because going to the pub in the very early days is hard, just be prepared with some NRT.

Good look, stay strong and NOPE all the way.
