Good day all! Smoke free for 36 days!!! Aside from insomnia (which is getting better) and the weirdest dreams, I physically feel like a new person. Having extra money is nice too! 😊

That should be 31 days! I'm getting ahead I see. I quit on Friday 9/01/17.

Good to hear you're insomnia is improving as it's one of the most difficult side effects to deal with. Those weird dreams should get less and less also.
