Good morning everyone 😊, I did well yesterday although I cut down smoking I really done well yesterday as I only had 3 all day!! So start as you mean to go on 😁😁!!

I have put them out of my way so I cannot see them when I walk into the kitchen, so hopefully just 2 but who knows I might just put my mind some where else and try to not have any and if I do that, its day 1 today 😁 x

That's how I did it cut down gradually. Used patches for a couple of weeks but then went cold turkey. 3 months later and am still smoke free.
