Blimey 8 weeks smoke free, still using the eciggie though, i'm hoping eventually to stop this as well. Hasn't been a brilliant week for me, my IBS/Diverticulitis has been playing up badly and because of trapped wind it caused breathing problems and anxiety attacks. feeling reasonable at the moment.
