I have done really well so far and I don't want to smoke again, today is xmas drinks and food stuff... it seems like everyone I work with smoked.

Should be ok will let you know how I get on but I will have my new friend Fred the inulator with me so here goes. One of the people I worked with me said to me you have not quit smoking - I said why he said as long as you are having nicotine you are still smoking. I was on the understanding by the stop smoking nurse that once you had stopped of the fag the NRT are no where near that bad for you..

Good morning you lovely NON smoker and huge congrats on your terrific 8 weeks quit👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Using NRT is definitely NOT smoking and is way better for you, so please don't listen to anyone saying otherwise.

Enjoy your Christmas drinks and use Fred in the knowledge you're doing absolutely fantastic with your quit, well done👏🏼👏🏼🎅🏼🎄

Hi Brummie, Briarwood is right , dont listen to anyone contradicting you. Your doing fantastic. I will put a post on about the chemicals in cigarettes. Perhaps you should copy it and show the people you work with what a cigarette contains. Nurses , doctors , and chemists aren`t going to sell or give you poisons.

8 weeks is brilliant , be proud of yourself. :) xx

Hi brummie don't listen to these numpty's you're doing fab on 8wks not smoking👍 I'm sure you and Fred will have a fabulous smokefree evening, enjoy 😄

I say what a load of tosh! You are using an aid to quitting smoking, whatever helps you quit and stay quit! Does he think nicotine patches or gum count as smoking too because it has traces of nicotine?

Keep up the awesome work, you know you're doing amazing so don't forget it x

Congrats Brummie...you are a non smoker .. period!!

NRT helps the withdrawal... there are 4000+ chemicals in a cigarette which you are NOT inhaling🎉🎉🎉🎉

There is always going to be some jerk in the crowd who will try and sabotage people !

2 months👏👏👏 Keep up the fantastic quit🌹

Please don't listen to that kind of talk. People that are smoking will tell themselves many lies to keep up the habit, but it is really just Mr. Nic trying to keep you hooked and coming back for more. Stay strong! Let them see how much better you feel and how much more control you have over your life by not being a slave to cigarettes.

Happy Christmas!
