Morning all

Well 24 days smoke free and omg the last 2 days have been tough so I thought I would post a reminder for myself of how proud I should be feeling I have woke up feeling really positive today and so should everyone else. I have put a nope sticker on my forehead so if I feel like that again I can look in the mirror see the sticker and also have a serious word with myself hope you all have a smoke free stress free day 😄

OK u asked for it... The 3D Touch display adds three broad areas of interfacing technology actions to your phone. The first is called Peek and Pop. Peek and Pop works within apps and third party apps (if developers support 3D Touch). As the name “Peek” suggests, the action allows you to quickly peek inside something. This something could be a link in an email or an email itself. For example, if you open the Mail app you no longer need to tap on a message to read it. You can Peek on it by applying pressure to the message and a preview window will pop up with the content of the email. Peeking also works for web links (Peek on a link and see the page load in a window), addresses (Peek to view a map of the address), Messages, and more.

Good days, bad days - they happen reguardless of if we smoke or not so just keep reminding yourself that smoking won't do you no good or feel better, nicotine is just a sneaky drug that lies!

Well Mazzie what happened was I attached the sticker all day but just as I was walking through the front door the wind blew it away otherwise I would have been happy to post a pic on here
